Do you offer work experience or internships?
We can occasionally consider requests for work experience if it’s part of a formal school scheme. However, we want to ensure anyone joining us for work experience gets value out of their time with us. As we are growing quickly, we aren’t always able to accommodate work experience requests and devote the time required to providing the right guidance and support. If you are interested in getting some work experience with us, we’d love to hear from you and we can assess whether we have capacity.
Do you accept speculative applications?
We are happy to accept speculative applications. If you are interested in working with us please send us your CV, a cover note telling us about yourself and what role you’re looking for as well as your salary expectations.
Are you looking to work with new recruitment agencies?
We are already working with a handful of agencies and we are not looking to work with any new recruitment partners right now.
How often would I have to be in the office?
We have a hybrid approach and how frequently you visit the office is role dependent. We generally ask our people to come into the office once or twice a week if they’re able to. However, we are flexible and individuals just need to agree with their manager what the best arrangements are for them and their team. The only exceptions are Company/team days and events where we ask that all of our people attend the office/venue unless they are on leave.
